ConCentre is a software system designed to monitor applications running on various platforms in a transaction processing network. Unlike a typical network monitor, ConCentre can be configured to track application level events as well as communications activity. ConCentre's open design is easily adapted to existing environments to allow the monitoring of any system.

TRAFC (Transaction Response code Analyzer For ConCentre)
TRAFC is a tool that analyzes the transaction behaviour within a network. It examines any transaction-related database in near-real time and looks for behaviours or circumstances that you have configured.
Individual tests can be created in TRAFC on an “as needed” basis that respond to specific situations. These situations can include questionable transaction behaviour such as consecutive reversals, system errors or multiple bad PINs from an ATM or group of ATMs, etc.

Notification Service
The ConCentre Notification Service manages the phone, fax, mobile, SMS, and pager notification of staff or designated contacts. It reviews the events and alerts as they arrive from the Server and based on a rich set of configurable rules, will send out notifications to the appropriate people as based on business requirements.
ConCentre allows total flexibility in configuration, accurate performance monitoring, immediate notification as network statuses change and full control over report generation.
